Yes! To deliver my modern lived-in color results, I utilize a variety of techniques including balayage and highlights. But instead of having you choose a technique, you show me what you want your hair to look like and I’ll use whatever techniques are necessary to get you there during either our full or partial custom color service.

A partial custom color service will generally result in a more lived-in and subtle look where a full custom color service will deliver a more bold change all over.

I accept all standard forms of payment but credit cards and Zelle are preferred.

Street parking is available and can be paid using the app PayByPhone or at the standalone street kiosk. Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure you have time to complete this step. Use the maximum time of 3 hours if you’re getting a full color service or 1 hour for a haircut.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or text me at (540) 467-3227 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours of advance notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $50 cancellation/rebooking fee. If you no call/no show you appointment, you will be charged for the full amount of your scheduled service.

In order to secure your appointment, I require a $50 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will go towards the price of your service. Deposits can be paid via Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay, credit card or in person.

Amenities include free wifi and complimentary water or coffee.

I strive to make sure you love your hair at every appointment. However, if you do not feel the results of your service met the expectations agreed upon in our consultation, I will gladly make adjustments. While services received will not be refunded, please notify me within 3 days of your appointment and I will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction and at no additional cost to you.

To ensure a smooth and timely service, please do not bring children or pets (service dogs okay) to your appointment.
